This genuine military issue, army surplus Modular Sleep System (MSS) consists of both the Patrol and the Intermediate Cold Weather sleeping bags, Compression Stuff Sack, and Gore-tex Bivy Cover. You can use either bag inside the Gore-tex cover alone, or use the ICW bag inside the Patrol bag for waterproof warmth down to -40° F! Entire system fits inside compression sack to cinch down to a tiny roll.
